What we collect

From the booking form: name, phone, email, service address, city, service type, job notes, optional photo, privacy consent, and optional SMS consent. From the server: IP, user agent, and pages requested. If you call (612) 255-1904, the conversation is about the job — we log a name, number, and address to dispatch.

Why we collect it

To dispatch a licensed plumber, send confirmations via Resend, text you if you opted in, improve the site, and meet tax and warranty record rules. Legal bases: contract (the job), legitimate interest (fraud and safety), and consent (SMS and optional analytics).

Who sees it

Dispatch and technicians on the job. Resend.com processes email. Our host processes logs. We do not sell personal information and we do not send your job to a lead marketplace.

How long we keep it

Open leads until the job is closed plus a short follow-up window. Invoices and warranty records for the period Minnesota tax and consumer rules require. Server logs on the host’s rotation.

Your requests

Email leads@plumbingminneapolis.com for access, correction, or deletion. Use privacy request or do not sell or share. We will verify the request against the phone or email on the original form.

Children

This site is for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
