The work

We diagnose, repair, or replace plumbing systems in the Twin Cities metro. Quotes before we open a wall, start a repipe, or replace a water heater. After-hours emergency rates are stated before we roll. Permits, if required, are part of the scope we show you.

Access and shutoffs

You give us access to the work area, pets secured, and a working shutoff if you know it. We can operate the city meter in an emergency. We are not responsible for finishes we have to open to reach a concealed leak once you approve that opening.

Payment

Due as printed on the invoice. Manufacturer parts may be non-returnable once installed. Warranty is described on the warranty page and the work order.
