Navien condensing tankless is common in Eden Prairie, Plymouth, and Maple Grove remodels. Isolation valves and an annual descale keep the heat exchanger alive in this climate. We are not Navien corporate service. If a unit is still under a factory installer warranty, we will say so before we open it.
